僵化

常聽說泥爸的地盤及其總公司制度僵化。
是否屬實?泥爸會答很大程度上是對的!

舉一個例子,泥爸於上月請辭,而所在單位工作量是頗繁重的。如果你是老闆,理應盡快安排一名同事接班吧。

加上最近因轉了某些臨時地盤之友去長期聘用而請了很多新臨時地盤之友(這是另一個笑話了),要搵番一個接班人非難事吧!

但答案是否定的,泥爸的工作會分派到同組的其他工友。

至於接班人?對不起,要規劃、再規劃,完全未知何時會出現!Orz.......

為了減輕工友們的壓力,泥爸比請辭前還要忙,希望盡量將未來個多月的工作完成!

So...you mean when temp transfer to perm, they still employ the same amount of temp to fill up the headcount?? It never happen in my career...once they transfer you to perm, you do both perm and temp work...if not more...
That's why people said public and private company is running in a totally different manner...
It is my TAX money$$$ Orz
